A: We strive to process and ship orders within 1-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders may take longer depending on the destination. All items are sent by CTT with tracked shipping.

A: Yes, we offer international shipping to EU countries. If you are based outside the EU, including USA and Canada, you can buy my work through Creatureshire on Etsy.

Q: How should I care for my polymer clay jewellery?

A: To keep your jewellery in good condition, avoid exposing it to excessive moisture or direct sunlight. When not wearing your jewellery, store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in the provided gift box. Clean it gently with a soft cloth if needed, and avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Q: Are the earring studs hypoallergenic?

A: Yes, the earring studs we use are made of surgical-grade stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and suitable for most sensitive ears.

Q: What should I do if my jewellery arrives damaged? A: We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll be happy to assist you and provide a solution, whether it's a replacement or a refund.

Q: Can I return or exchange my jewellery?

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please reach out to our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
