Kale chips :: Couve estaladiça

Kale chips have always made me curious… I saw people talking wonderfully about them but until now I didn’t actually got the chance to try them. But one day I found kale during my shopping and decided to give it a try.

They are as simple to make as removing the stalks and cuting the leaves in pieces. After placing the kale in an oven tray, sprinkle with salt and a drizzle of olive oil and put it in the oven (at 220º for 12 minutes). Soon afterwards your kitchen will be filled with a delicious and mouthwatering scent. They are crispy and wonderfully delicious and I can’t wait to do them again!
